How can I do the check-in and activate the skipass?

Once you receive the confirmation email with your order make sure you have your Pontedilegno-Tonale Cards at hand, you will need the card identification number consisting of 8 or 21 digits.

If you have chosen to pick-up on site , go to one of our pick-up points an pick-up your Pontedilegno-Tonale Cards

Once you have the cards at hand click the red button "activate your skipass"

A new tab will open where you will see date and skipass purchased,  just click and right button "activate the skipass" to complete the activation.

A window will open where you will need to enter the card number you have in your possession.

❗Make sure to enter the correct number of the card you have. 

  

Only if strictly necessary, before entering your card number and activating the skipass, you may update certain personal information, such as first name, last name, and date of birth, if needed.

To change these details, click the "Edit Info" button and update the information in the window that opens. Be sure to save the changes before closing.

Note: This modification can be made only once.
